F_TRIG doesn't work

I'm trying to query the Modbus device via READ_VAR function block. The received data in the buffer arRespA23_3 is OK. The data exchange is OK. Then I try to put the received data into an array arLelA23, but can't. F_TRIG_A23_MB3 never works, regardless of input CLK arGestA23_3[1].0 works fine. What could be the problem?
