Data Logging with EcoStruxure Machine Expert - HVAC (TM172PDG42RI)

I am working with a TM172PDG42RI plc.  I am needing to create a Data Log / Event Log to track and record specific events. 

I can't find this functionality in EcoStruxure Machine Expert - HVAC.  Does anyone have knowledge of this functionality?

Datalogger Sample Project 

You need a µSD card in the controller and the AFB could log up to 12 Analog and digital values. If you need more you could use the block also 2 or 3 times.

The file readme.txt do not exist on this catalog?
