Configuring TCSEGPA23F14F with M580 to communicate the Turck IOs over Profibus

Hello everyone,

While configuring TCSEGPA23F14F with M580 to communicate with Turck IOs I have come across the problem that even after configuring the IOs in correctly, after installing the appropriate DTM and GSD files modules are seen in line and healthy with the system. But when I try to change the status of DI DO it does reflect in control expert or in field. When I give signal for Digital input it doesn't reflect in variable of control expert, when write DO value it doesn't changes on Profibus IO modules.

But when I remove the Profibus DP connector and reconnect it, the Turck DO accepts the commands given and its status is changed.

I have tried to connect it with different baud rates. But same behavior is found.

What can be cause of this behavior? Why modules status are not changing in Control expert or on field? How can I troubleshoot it? Any suggestions?

This problem has been resolved by using the another version of GSD file of Turck IOs.
