BMXAMI0810 LED STATUS ASK

There are those in which the ERR LED of the module is flashing and the ones in which the ERR & IO LED is flashing.
I would like to know the cause of this phenomenon and how to fix it.

Is the module correctly configured in Control Expert?

Have you tried re-seating the module (remove and replace)?

What diagnostics or data can you read via Control Expert online?

Hi @Parksunguk !

IO LED- Constant: Means one of the 8 channels of AMI0810 Card is spare and not connected to any physical input.

IO & ERR LED- flashing: 1. Any of your AI signal is having opposite polarity i.e. wring connection to the card.

2. It might be possible that you might configured your card for 1-10V but your AI signal is of 4-20mA range or vice versa. 

In case of LED Flashing sometimes after troubleshooting, it requires to give a power restart to the particular rack.
