How can I enable the control ports if I can't find them in the options displayed by the module when connecting to Control Expert 16.0? The options mentioned in the user manual for enabling control ports and assigning the IP address of control ports in Control Expert 16.0 are not found.
This is the information in the WebServer, just the IP adresses:

Hi @ValentinaPortilla ,
Please verify that you are using the step3 version of the BMENOR2200.3 inside your configuration because this version comes with control ports, as shown in the snapshot below.
From your snapshot, I noticed that you are using the Step 2 version of the BMENOR module, not the Step 3 version.
Make sure that the HF is installed inside the ECE V 16.0 for the Step 3 BMENOR module. The HF can be found in the following link.
https://www.se.com/fr/fr/download/document/ControlExpert_V160_HF005/
The options to enable the control ports are inside the DTM under the following section:
NOTE: The two control ports in the front do not support RSTP or other redundancy protocols. Please design your network appropriately and ensure there are no loops that can create a storm.
Best Regards,
MWS

Hi @Siddiqui , thank you for your response! It was very helpful! You were right. I didn't have the Step 3 version of the BMENOR module in my options, and that was a problem. Installing the HF inside the ECE V 16.0 for the Step 3 BMENOR module was enough to access the control port configuration. Thanks!
