PM5500 Series Not Reading V Avg and I Avg

Hi All

My customer have problem with meter PM5560, the meter cannot read V AVG and I AVG, the status of the meter mention 0011 HEX, usually the status is OK

Please give me advice for this case

Regarding the status code, for PM810 meter, it means loss of real time clock (RTC), and I am guessing it may be carried over to PM5000. I am not sure how a PM5500 could lost RTC since it has a backup battery, but it is worth to checking the meter clock and resetting it to see if the error code goes away...
