Hello,
If customer updates the ION9000 firmware, will the NTP setting data be retained?
Customer is planning to gradually update their ION9000 from V2.0.0 to V4.6.0.
I understand that communication setting information such as IP addresses will be retained during the update.
However, I would like some advice on whether NTP information will also be retained.
I would like to know in particular what precautions I need to take when updating from V2.0.0 to V2.1.0 to V2.2.1.
Best regards,
Miyai
