Is there any Picture where is located the hardware lock of PM5561 meter and is there any procedure to unlock a meter wich was locked by MID ?

Hi,

The install sheet for the PM5561 has pictures outlining where the sealing wire is installed on the terminal covers.  The install sheet can be found here:

Section 7 highlights the terminal covers and section 9 highlights how to lock the meter.
