Hello all,
we have problems with the IP configuration on some PM. It is not possible to get to the devices with the default address. A test with whireshark resulted in an address 169.254.0.1. Even that is not possible.
For other devices, the default address works. You can change the IP configuration - but only once! Any further changes will not be accepted.
Is there a way to reset the devices?
Does somebody have any ideas...

Have you checked the knowledge base? there are some KBs about PM5560 meters and IP addresses.
