trouble in applied signal in analog input of m221 logic controller

i have design simple i/o reading using so machine. i use so machine software to create ladder, making configuration and download pc to controller. After download i try to simulate by means of applied signal 0 to 10 Vdc to IN0 which have default setting (signal input range : 0 to 10 Vdc, scale : 0 to 1000). Actually when i applied signal to IN0, only signal 0 to 1.4 Vdc can be applied.

Can somebody help me to solve this?
