how to downgrade the firmware of the HMISCU8B5 HMI?

By mistake, we flashed the HMISCU8B5 with Firmware 6.3 via VijeoDesigner 6.3 and the project intended for this HMISCU8B5 console controller is carried out under SOMACHINE 4 (so VijeoDesigner embedded V6.2)
