Regrading M172(ESME-HAVC) Factory reset

Hello,

I'm wondering whether the factory reset of M172 is done perfectly or not.
I proceeded according to the following instruction. (link https://www.se.com/kr/ko/faqs/FAQ000254682/ )

Below is the explanation of what I did.

Commissioning tab -> Open file browser -> Delete all files.

1. Failed to delete all files(550 Permission denied.)

2. Error "502 Command not implemented" deleting folder.

As a result, it seems to be done. But there is an error message "550 Permission denied"

Thank you, in advance

Hi,

The erasing of the folder NOR is in any case impossible. The folder show the mounted internal memory. Inside of the folder are the files which are located on the controller. If the erasing of the files did not work an other workaround could be to overwrite the applicaiton with an empty project. But in booth cases are the EEPROM values will not be set back to factory setting (-1).
