Has anyone seen this issue i have.

I have installed V 1.2.10 and V 2.2.0 but i cannot open any vijeo applications, when i open a project created  with version V 1.2.10.

I also get the following message, When i tried to reinstall Error 1714. The older version of vijeo designer 6.2.9 cannot be removed contact the technical support group?

Update now i have managed to reinstall, but not i have this message when i open the project
