Failure to Reset Modicom M241 Via Firmware Update

Good morning,
I'm in need to reset the password of a module and found that it could be done via firmware update, but after following the steps to create the necessary drive, I fit the SD and the module's SD light blinks once before the ERR light turns on. I tried using different SD cards and changing the fiirmware version, but I got out of ideas very fast and don't know how to proceed.

for password reset you need to follow below steps 
1. make sd card with firmware with V4.XXX
2. then again firmware flash with SD card with version V5XXXX

now your plc will be ready to take new password
