Hello,
A customer cannot connect to a PacDriveM controller using the Diagnostics tool.
He opens Diagnostics and selects PacDriveM - Gateway dialog - Communication parameter
The customer cannot create a new connection because he cannot see any entry in the Device list.
Normally the list has many entries, like in the picture below.

For some users, the problem can be solved by starting Diagnostics with administrator rights.
Follow these steps:
1. Exit EPAS-4 Gateway service
2. Start Diagnostics with Administrator rights.
