Cannot connect to M241 over ethernet

Hello!

I unboxed new TM241CE24T/U and I upgraded Firmware to v5.1.9.21 for using with machine expert v2.0.

My problem is that I can connect to PLC over USB but not over Ethernet, even I can ping to its IP Address and I can access to Plc over web page.

Can You help me please ?

Hi @MedSelmi ,

If you are trying to connect to the M241 via ethernet or USB it is important that the gateway is activated.

In the case of the Ethernet connection I always add the device ip address in the "Statis Remote Connections" like this:

The device it is shown as "Connected as client".

Verify also that your laptop/pc is in the same network as the controller.

Best regards,

Letomas

Try IP Adress via NAT (Remote TCP) with port 1105.
