Hi - I'm using a TM221C40T with analogue module TM3AI8, each input is measuring gas concentrations (4 - 20mA) I need to average each input sequentially over a 5 minute period, then output the average of each until next 5 minute sample. Is there an averaging function on the M221?

You could fill a table (array) with values. And then you could built the average value with the command MEAN.

I have done a project with some FBs for M221, you can probably use the one called "FB_FILTER" and modify the execution of the FB to 5mins:
