ESME HVAC - TM172PDG18R USB Key update not working properly

Hi All,

I having been uploading code changes to the TM172PDG18R via USB key for the last 6 months without issues.

We recently received a new batch of USB key's from our supplier but when the files are installed on them they will not update the controller. When the same files are installed on an older USB key it works perfectly.

I have checked that they have the format (FAT32). Any suggestions as to what could be wrong?

We are looking to send out updates on USB key but in the future would to email the files to our technicians who can copy them to their own USB key.

Hi Mark,

Will be good to know what version of:

- Software

- and PLC firmware version 

you are using?

Actually we do have extra steps when progarmming with USB memory key as from ESME HVAC v1.2.

Note: will email your the PPT.

Software version is ESME-HVAC 1.2.1 and Firmware is 668.10.

Hi Mark,

You are using the latest firmware.. and I think it is related to the Cyber security feature.

Do you have a email address or a drop box, where I can sent you a documentation on this?
