Hello!
From my understanding, All BMP motors are 3 phase synchronous motors and all ATV320 VFDs can supply 3 phases for the 3 phases motors.
I'm just confirming. Can I connect 1 Phase 220 V 50/60 Hz to the ATV320U04M2C VFD device and get 3 phase from it to drive the BMP0701R3NA2A Motor ?

This combination should not be a problem. So far the needed output voltage is not higher then the input voltage it will not be a problem to use a 1 phase VSD with a 3 phase motor.

In addition to this answer, let me explain why. In fact the drive is supplied on mains by 2 wires (one phase) for M2 or three phases for M3, then transform the AC into DC and retransform the DC in PWM (Pulsed Width Modulation) 3 phase. It means what ever the supply is, it is possible to create three phase at the output. One topic has to be taken in account is the reference (here M2) means two wire (one phase) it means the input bridge is correctly dimensionned to run on one phase supply.

It is generally not possible to use a single-phase power supply to drive a three-phase motor directly. A three-phase motor requires three-phase power to operate, and a single-phase power supply only provides a single phase.
However, it is possible to use a variable frequency drive (VFD) to convert a single-phase power supply into three-phase power for the purpose of driving a three-phase motor. This is known as "single-phase to three-phase conversion."
The ATV320U04M2C VFD that you mentioned is a three-phase drive, which means it is capable of providing three-phase power to a three-phase motor. However, in order to use the VFD to convert single-phase power into three-phase power, you will need to configure the VFD for this purpose and make sure that the VFD is compatible with your motor.
