- PSU ID on the sticker and what is Dongleutil reads out of the dongle do not match.

Cause
Mismatch in dongle has to be corrected.
Resolution
The PSU needs a master reset. This is done at Solution Team in the Malmö office. Contact Product Support to create a case ID to get instructions on where to send the PSU.
