Eaton IP BACnet Lighting Panels are successfully discovered via the Find BACnet Devices but then go offline with error "Communications failure due to routing device not available"

Cause
IP BACnet level Eaton devices configured with network number other than zero
Resolution
Set the network number to zero for all Eaton lighting panels. Then they will stay online.
