Yes the RPC with firmware 3.02.02 supports Modbus.
What is AS-P software version 3.2.1.630?
EBO version 3.2.1.630 is the AS-P's operating system version.

@gt2 I cannot find any information on web-help regarding version 2.
Here is the web-help page with RP-C Modbus information for EBO 3.2.
The 3.02.02 release note provides same information you should read before upgrading.
The supported firmware version 3.02.04 which can be downloaded here.

@gt2 the release note shows the compatibility. If you cannot download the software from the links @Gary provided you will need to request access from the support link at the bottom of the EcoXpert Extranet page, or contact your local Schneider Electric representative.

This is the Release Notes v3.02.02  link to the search page; the Release Notes v3.02.02 should be top of the page.
This is the link to the v3.02.04.00009 firmware search page; SpaceLogic IP Controller v3.02.04.00009 firmware should be top of the page.

Use the download buttons to download the files.
If you still cannot download the files.
