I'm not based in the US so I can't give you a name unfortunately. I can see from the case that the SE technician and the support team are working together on this and there appear to be BBMD configuration issues.
I think the path of least resistance is to contact your local SE branch office

I've got no experience with BACnet WiFi devices. Since this is for EBO I assume that you have a contractor responsible for the EBO that could assist to diagnose this.

Yes, Schneider Electric does our BAS controls in several of our buildings but we have purchased this control installed it but can't they can't get it to communicate long enough to write the points to the BAS software. They are running it through the product and support divission. And I have spoken with the tech support of UbiquiSTAT and they are willing to speak with someone at Schneider to get it to Communicate, Just looking for additional information online. Thanks for your response

I can see there is indeed a support case and the field engineer has indicated that the issue is now resolved.

The SE technician sent an email stating "I figured it out" at 2:00 PM Friday. The case does not detail what he "figured out".

Well that is great news he just wasn’t ready to tell me yet I guess his text back at about 4:00 PM and told me was he had sent in a case to his product and support people. His name is Raymond Huyge one of our Schneider reps in NC for our Schools BAS. Thanks for updating me on this matter I will check in with Raymond on Monday.

@CraigEl Still having the same issue with my Bacnet Wifi Controller the same issue still persists talking with my field service tech yesterday by email and text don't seem to be getting much help with this issue. The device supplier has offered to speak with the field tech to help resolve the issue but as of yesterday, no one had contacted them. Is there someone I could reach out to directly to speak with on this issue? Thanks any help is appreciated.
