I have noticed some of the SE7200 devices that we have installed sometimes have the heating LED lit. The unit heaters and fans that the thermostats are connected to can be heard when they turn on and run. The LED is often lit when the heating system is not active.
Is the LED lit when the PI heating demand is nonzero? or when the digital output is active?
If the digital output value is not determined by the PI heating value, what sends the signal to turn the units on/off?

Solved this issue.
Changed the control type from floating to on/off.
Thermostat also had output wired from the wrong terminal.
