Please power cycle the controller by turning it off and on. If the issue persists, a hardware reset may be necessary.

As I do not know this device, I did use your replay above to search with Google, and found a Knowledge Base article from 2018, there the solution was:
Clear controller RAM and Flash and reload controller.
In this instance, the Controller did not seem to respond to pressing the "reset IP" button for 30s. Removing power and battery connections for a minute and then reconnection power cleared the memory. Able to see device online and reload from the Workstation after this.

@Dmitriy looks like you will need to contact your local technical support team. I'm no Continuum expert but if the controller is not responding to a reset, it's likely to be a hardware failure
