Old M400 actuator maintenance

We have M400 on valve on cooling water (condensation occurs). User want to clean this and I wonder what is recommended solution for this (maybe use some kind of grease to protect body/guides from condensation?). I know this actuator is maintenance free but please share yours experiences with handling M400.

At the same time as the restoration of the valve, it is necessary to maintain the actuator 5 of the valve. Each of the main components will be repaired according to the manufacturer’s guidelines or replaced. The proof of repairs will be on the success of the retest and the test bench.
