We are BEAD Technology. 

BEAD creates digital models of commercial buildings by using real-time data and AI in order to understand human behavior and occupancy changes during the day inside of the buildings and use that patterns and analytics to directly control Buildings Automation systems

BEAD system has 2 main components

- BEAD Sensor

They are 6 in 1 device. Every device has 6 different sensors in it. We install every 200m2 one device. The BEADs are installed either on the ceiling or on the walls ( min 2mt max 6mt hight ) 

-BEAD Gateway

It is installed in the BMS and/or Energy panel of the buildings. The gateway integrates and uploads the drivers of HVAC, lighting. and other buildings systems which are installed in the building
