Vijeo Designer Webgate issue

Hi, i have trouble finding help with Vijeo Designer, 2929 told me to ask here. We updated a customers Vijeo Designer and after that their Webgate funktion stopped working and i cant seem to find a solution.

Hi @simon9740 ,

In order to use the WebGate in a PC you must match the version of the Webgate and Vijeo Designer.

Check the version used to programmed the HMI then install in the PC the same version of WebGate.

Remember to use Microsoft Edge to open the WebGate, you can find below some video guidance:
