I have a process that uses the ATV340 in torque control mode.
I adjust a setpoint of 3% torque but when enabling the inverter the motor is blocked and does not respond to the selected torque, making it necessary to apply a torque much greater than that requested to release it and then the torque control works. What parameter should I adjust to prevent this from happening?
