What version of Control Expert are you using to Open the .sta, I tried with 15.2 and got this error: "M580 Master: The version of the DTM stored in the Database (2.16.31.0) is higher than the cersin of the DTM installed on the PC (2.16.29.0)"
You'll have to find the updated DTM (I can't find it) or switch to Control Expert 15.3 which includes the 2.17.24 DTM (I don't know if it is backwards compatible, but generally they are).
