Hi everyone!
We have a dryer system, and it is controlled by a TM172PBG18R PLC. I was trying to connect to the PLC using an ethernet cable and followed the instructions as per the manual. In the manual, it says to change the IP address of my laptop to a static one, which I did. Later, I opened the web browser and entered the default IP address of the PLC controller, and it prompted me for a username and password. When I tried the default username and password, it declined it. Maybe it has been changed (I am not sure if the IP of the PLC has been changed or not, but since it asked me to enter the username and password, I am assuming it still runs on the default IP). My question is, is there a way to see or retrieve the username and password so I can see the readings and all?
Also, is there a way to get the program since the company who provided this unit have locked the program in their backend I tried contacting the company, but they said they cannot provide it. If anyone has any suggestions on retrieving the program as well, it would be of great help.
Please don't mind the long explanation; I am fairly new to the PLC world and am trying to give as much info as possible. Thank you!!

Here is the short answer based on what I know.
1) Regarding ID/ Password
There isn't any alternative to see the security information.
Password and ID can be changed on the system.
But, if you don't have the program file(.plcprj) it won't helpful.
2) Uploading program file
M171-3 Series don't support the feature.
