Tesys Island and S7-1500

Hello,

we have connected a few Tesys Island to our PLC S7-1518F, to control the engines of a factory.

The fact is, sometimes, from the PLC, we lost the communication with one Tesys Island, and we can't communicate again by software. The only way is to switch off the Tesys, and switch on again, then the communication works.

Can somebody help me?
