Hi dear friends,
I need some help about communicate two TM172PDG42RI device's via modbus TCP/IP communication. I want to read value from TM172 to an other TM172 PLC. is it possible? if answer is yes can u explaine how it is possbile. Do u have any document with detailed explanation or any example project. Thanks for your answer.
In my project ı can read modbus value via Modbus Tool but i can't read via TM172 PLC.

A communication via Modbus TCP between two TM172 is possible via Configuration. You need only to create on one or booth controller the Modbus TCP Master function. Then you could configer your communication (via generic Modbus Object and FC3/16). An other possibility is via Programming and backgroundtask via the included Targetfunctions
