We had an issue with a Altivar ATV61HD15N4 drive. We found one that is supposed to be compatible as the original drive is obsolete. The one we purchased is a ATV61HD15N4Z drive. We plugged the HMI into the drive and now our BMS is giving it a start command but the drive will not operate. Does anyone have any suggestions on solving this problem?
Thanks

Did you adjust the configuration? In factory setting the drive is controlled via IO. You need to set the control and the speed reference on the used bus interface.

May be the identification (from BMS point of view) of drive is different as the reference is different, this is possibly the modification to put inside the BMS program...
