All of suddenly, CPU went into error mode. Case 1: with one power supply module CPU's ERR and TER LEDs lit up. Case 2: after changing power supply module - CPU's ERR and I/O LEDs lit up.
In both case i can't connect with PLC and even can't download. The same situation persists even after resetting the PLC.

Test with no other cards on the backplane, just PSU and CPU, in case it is faulty card that is preventing the CPU from booting.
I also have had issues with the backplanes on a couple of old Premiums. If possible, try a different backplane and test again with both power supplies.
