SOFTSTARTER ATS48C25Y START UP

We are using  a softstarter(model - ATS48C25Y).The application of the softstarter is deep well water pumping.

The pump is a submersable type.The specification of pump is as below:

175 HP, 2110V Ac voltage and 51 Amps current.

Since the voltage is about 2000 and softstarter output is about 480V AC,we are introducing a transformer to stepup the output of the starter.and give the secondary of the transformer to the motor input.

What are the important things to be taken care of before starting the complete system

Also i want to inform that this system was working before with same setup with only difference is that before the pump was 200 HP.
