Remote graphic terminal

Hello.
I need to install a remote graphic display for an altivar 61 inverter. But my idea initially turned out to be not quite right. I decided to remove the VW3A1101 graphic display from the inverter and attach it to another panel, then connect it to the inverter. But VW3A1101 is not for panel mounting, it is only for inverter mounting. I already figured out how to install it on the panel, made a fixture and only then realized that there is a remote graphic display VW3A1111 specially designed for such purposes. But since I already made a fixture for the VW3A1101, I decided that I would use it. Can you tell me if this would work?
A little weird question, but it's better to ask anyway.

And one more question: which UTP cable is better to use for extension: straight cable or cross cable?

Hello, the second one (green) is ok on Altivar Process, ATV340 (Machine) but not for ATV71, it will not work properly on this last product.

Regarding your product ATV61, if you want to use keypad on a door of cabinet, you should use the option VW3A1102, eventually with the door VW3A1103, see picture joined. You have this information in the ATV61 or ATV71 catalogue.
