Read THD from Energy meter EM6400NG in PLC TM241CE40T

I am trying to read Total Harmonic Distortion from Energy Meter EM6400NG into PLC TM241CE40T using Modbus RTU on RS485 serial line. I am able to read all the holding registers that I need to read for my application from the energy meter into my PLC, except the modbus addresses above 10,000 range (Total Harmonic Distortion parameters addresses = 21300 onwards).

I am able to read the addresses from 21300 onwards in ModScan software but the same addresses do not work in PLC Modbus IOScanner (other addresses below 10,000 address location are easily being read). If I set the address offset for Modbus IOScanner as 21299 inside PLC software (SoMachine v4.3), then the value being read is '0'
