Password help! Wipeout.exe will NOT work either!

I will be short but detailed as possible. if you need any other details pls ask.

Simantic S7-200 Smart (Chinese) CPU ST30 Serial Num- S V-J8BN2537

Order num- 6ES7 288-1ST30-0AA0 STEP7 MICROWIN - v2.5

I am connected via network cable to the cpu. I have changed that connection to com1 and com2 to try and get Wipeout to work. No luck. I tried usb to serial connector it will not connect. It is connected (Via network cable to port) to cpu and reading everything. ( I can make the lights flash)

Any changes I try to make..... I get the picture attached and asking me for password.... even if I go to clear, click on reset to factory defaults, click Forgot password, and as directed power cycle the CPU within 60 seconds. There are no changes allowed...
