PRM et M340

bonjour, j'essaye de connecter un module PRM au M340 PLC via UNITY pro V13, j'ai régler tous les paramètres recommandée, mais au moment de connexion je reçois une erreur qui me dit qu'il est impossible d'établir la connexion car le DTM ne reçois aucune réponse sur l'adresse IP par défaut, j'utilise le mode DHCP pour affecter l'adresse IP au module, je la vérifie, la lampe STS reste allumé le PING est bon, mais toujours l'accès au module est impossible .

Hi,

Not sure what's the problem here as not enough information given.

1. Did you enable "Allow dynamic arrays (ANY_ARRAY_XXX)" in your Project Setting?
2. Did you setup the parameters for the PRM correctly?
3. Did you configure the slave with the right I/O sizes?
4. Did you configure the I/O scanner in PRM with the correct Read/Write length?

Firstly, try to test it with a simple basic slave device before using a complex one.

hello, i think my configuration is ok cause i did just like what the video said, i enabled dynamic array, the PRM and I/O are ok, (if i have problem with this, the project will generate errors (which is not my case  )),  but when i want to connect the PRM, i get the error message telling me that the DTM is  not receiving a response on the default IP address, i have the SF led blinking meaning that the PRM have no config file, the STS led on the PRM is in solid state, meaning that the PRM has received the IP address from the IO scanner ( I'm using the DHCP mode to affect IP address), the rest of the LEDS are off. I'm using unity pro 13, Profibus Remote Master V1.3 CD
