Modbus Communication isses with ABB VSD

01.03 no of ABB VSD is connected to the AS-P via Modbus-RTU as slave Devices.

02.These VSDs are going to control via BMS.

03.The Control Point Configuration has attached here.

Requirement

01.These VSDs must be operated as BMS command after a power failure

Issue

In first startup, the VSD does not operate according to the BMS Command. But after one more start & stop command, it started to operate properly via BMS. It occurs mainly after an power failure. But ABB VSD Vendor exhibited this function  using ModBusPoll software. First he commanded to the VSD & shutdown Power of VSD. After powerup the VSD again, it was operated with the command. But this was not happend in Struxureware.

Please give me a solution as soon as possible.

As my observation, this VSD vendor, initially configured Modbus operating point(Register) as a reable & writable point. But it did not worked. Then he configured that point as only writable point & it operated properly

I seem understanding that your Modbus communication issues with ABB VSD, are in the scope of Building Management Systems, for HVAC control aplications (and not Industrial Automation Systems).

If I am right, could you please tell me what is or what are Schneider Electric BMS controller or server ranges involved?
