Hello community

I am a beginner with schneider HMI panels and need help. We sent this panel back to schneiderc because it kept randomly turning off (black sreen not reacting to touch). It came back in startmode, waiting for booting system, i decided to export system with program with flashdisk. Unfortunately, booting is stuck in the mode: "searching for bootable image". The panel was in this state for about 20m, so I decided to restart it, but the panel remained in this state.
