Hello forum members,
We're currently working on a project using a brand new M340 CPU P340 2020, and we're facing some issues during the setup. When we power on the CPU, we encounter the following error: CARDERR.
According to the documentation, this error can be caused by either:
Additionally, when we attempt to reload a program, we encounter the error message: "This isn't a valid PLC Address, or PLC is busy, or media is off." We've tried to establish the connection using both USB and Ethernet TCP/IP.
We're seeking assistance to resolve these issues and get our project up and running smoothly. Any insights, suggestions, or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!

There is no valid / windows formatted / damaged SD card. By removing SD card you should be able connect to M340 and RUN program till Power Restart, than program will be lost. If you will succeed buy new SD card BMXRMS008MP. If not return with claim to reseller.

Hello Marian thank you for your answer , in the case i provided and after a lot of searching and troubleshooting , the problem was with a driver that wasnt installed on my laptop , and the plc showed CARDERR because the memory card was indeed without a project ( since it was a first time use plc ) , do after installing the proper driver , and by using the usb cable i was able to load the project to the plc
Thank you
