M340 Data Storms

Getting questions about ARP and Data storms specific to the M340.  Is the M340 having issues besides the normal IP Address duplication and outside attacks?

What FW version?  Maybe this helps.  Years ago there was an issue we uncovered that affected the M340 embedded Ethernet, causing it to crash the CPU after abut 490 days of up-time.  The SE investigation found that it would lead to degrading comms, but first we saw was the PLC crashing.  It was fixed in FW version 2.6.

The release article was titled:

Because our major symptom was the CPU crash, we didn't do any network traffic analysis.
