M251 : Export current value into file

Hello,

I have an old project in an M251 with Somachine V4.1 (I'm not sure if I have the correct version) and I want to update this project to Machine Expert V2.2. All variables are in RETAIN (not RETAIN PERSISTENT). Is it possible to save the RETAIN variables (in a file, for example) before updating the firmware? I think if I go online with the project in V4.1, it will want to load the program. If I load it, I'm afraid I might lose all my data at that moment.

How would you proceed?
