I have 3 Level Transmitters Model 144LD-22LKRSEA4PP2H-A on Steam Boiler (320°C and 120 Barg).
The Problem is the reading from the 3 Transmitters are different due to High Temperature influence on the Transmitter Sensor.
Although the Finger Print is loaded on the 3 Transmitters but there is a deviation in reading between the 3 Transmitters.
Also the Displacer Chamber is isolated from the High Temperature
I tried several times to zero the Transmitters at field (At High Temeprature) but the problem happened again after some time.
Also I changed the Transmitter with the equivalent 244LD Levelstar but the Problem also happened.
So what is the solution?
