Re: Gateway Tray won't start

Did you use on you office PC Win7 32Bit or 64Bit?

Did you get any error messages, if you would start ME?

Work the installation of ME proper without errors?

Re: Gateway Tray won't start

Hello

I asume you have got a solution, but anyway....

Go to the folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\EcoStruxure Machine Expert\Tools\Gateway\Driver\XBTZG935Setup

Install driver xbtzg935setup.exe as administrator ( rightclick on file, run as Administrator)

Gateway should be able to start now
