Freshness

Hello everyone,

I’m working with Control Expert on a Schneider M580 PLC using a head station.
My issue is that no data is being transferred.
When I run a test to check the Freshness status, it always stays false, even though there is communication between the PLC and the head station.

Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to fix it?

What is a head station? Gateway?

I found the probleme yesterday, i hadn't made EIP active. 

My head station is using Ethernet /IP as bus communication.

I worked before with a head station that uses modbus as bus of communication so that's why i had no idea that i had to activation EIP for my new head station.
