Realizei a instalação do software EOTE versão 3.2 e ao abrir o programa a mensagem da foto é exibida.
As versões 3.1 3.1A e 3.1B instaladas funcionam perfeitamente. Já reinstalei diversas vezes e seguindo diferentes formas, mas sem sucesso.
Meu sistema operacional é o Windows 7 SP1;
Microsoft .Net Framework atualizado na versão 4.8;
Alguém consegue me ajudar a descobrir o motivo dessa falha?

Através do SESU verifiquei que há uma nova atualização para versão 3.2 Service Pack1. Essa instalação resolveu o meu problema.
