Facing delay while opening the faceplate in EcoStruxure Process Expert V2023

when we try to open the faceplate by clicking the pump icon then we face delay while opening the faceplate.

The issue could be due to the slowness in communication between the controller & the plant SCADA

You can check the following 

1. Tuning to be in the ofs communication 

2. Check the Network bandwidth

we understood to tune the OFS means we need tune the OFSScantime ? as per attached document

Basically, It's a performance related issue and there are several parameters to be checked.

Few are listed below 

1. Optimizing Controller’s Scan time

2. Make sure the CPU load is below 50%

3.Max channel, max pending configuration needs to be done by checking the CPU capacity

4.Configiration OFSOPC group Update rates and its tuning according to the plant requirement 

5.Make sure the architecture is designed to accommodate the network bandwidth for PLC communication
